"Just spend a wonderful, beautiful, amazing week at "La Source"... I loved every minute of it! The week felt more like a month in the best possible way! We did so much! Skiing, walking, bathing in the hot tub at night, yoga, dancing classes, randonnee in the most amazing setting above Chamonix, delicious food, massages, parties.... and beautiful connections, discussions, creations with the gorgeous people who were here... The integrity, simplicity, warmth and beauty of the place and the people in it resonated with my deep self and allowed a gentle natural and joyous unfolding of the "Sourcey Me"! I loooooooved it! Thank you so much Saskia and Duncan for this memorable week! You created a truly special space here... "Sourcey Me" is smiling..."

Its a change over weekend, the cleaning has been done all the flights are delayed so what do we do when there is lovely powder in the garden!

Cooking and Ski Week

On the 17th-24th January we have a vegetarian cooking and ski week - it was not planned, but as always at La Source, like minds come together and this is the interest of the guests!! The keen skiers will hit the slopes early and the keen chefs will stay behind to cook along side our chef and learn tips of the trade. We will learn about alkaline diets and creating well balanced tasty meals with a very high fruit and vegetable content.

Spring Rock Kick-Start

Spring is almost here, and so is our Spring Rock Kick-Start Course. With 200 routes to choose from, it’s a chance to kick start your climbing season with a week in the sun. The crag offers a wide range of routes, and is equally suitable for those with little outdoors experience, as for those with a fairly high level.

In keeping with our philosophy we have selected this region and nearby town Correns as it was the first 'eco-village' or 'green village' in France.

This will be a self-catering week. We are going to be staying in a fab Provencal Gite close to the crag and the villages of Bargiols and Correns, so we can each take turns at trying to outdo each other in the kitchen or slope out into the nearby villages to taste the delights of French regional cooking.
